We’re proud to celebrate another fantastic internal promotion within the Doogood ranks!

Congratulations to Ricky on his appointment to Production Supervisor.

A former baker, Ricky joined us in 2018 as a casual labourer in what was initially going to be a temporary position whilst in between a change in careers., But such was his enjoyment, enthusiasm and obvious capability, soon enough his temporary casual position became a full-time job and he`s thrived ever since!

Ricky has shown outstanding dedication and growth having spent time as a line/machine operator, abrasive blaster, spray painter and then Team Leader of the Afternoon Shift, His journey is a true reflection of hard work, reliability, and a positive, can-do attitude.

His years of hands-on experience across the production floor have built a strong foundation of knowledge, making him exceptionally well-equipped for this next step.

As Production Supervisor, Ricky will be responsible for achieving production targets while meeting the quality and service expectations of our customers. He will lead a diverse team, providing guidance in Good Manufacturing Practice and OHS, while continuing to model Doogood’s values on a daily basis.

We’re excited to see him thrive in this role and continue making a strong impact across our business operations.

We’re pleased to announce that our new credit card processing system is now fully up and running!

This upgrade allows us to securely process payments directly through CIN7 Pay, improving efficiency, accuracy, and overall transaction handling. Even better, customers can now pay their invoices instantly using the convenient “Pay Online” button.

We accept major credit and debit cards, with a 1.65% surcharge.

For added convenience, you can also choose to keep your card securely on file by completing our Credit Card Authorisation Form.

Congratulations to Michael on stepping into the role of Commercial Operations Coordinator.

Michael joined Doogood back in 2019 in an Inside Sales & Support role and quickly established himself as a key figure within the orgnaisation. Michael has consistently demonstrated an exceptional eye for detail, an incredible memory and has a terrific raport with customers, qualities that make him a perfect fit for this position.

In his new role, he will provide all-round support across customer enquiries, inside sales, order administration, and quality documentation. As a key link between customers, sales, production, and quality, he will help ensure enquiries and orders are handled efficiently while maintaining accurate and compliant documentation.

We’re proud to see his growth within the company and look forward to the impact he will continue to make in this new role.

To become ISO 9001 certified we worked with the team at @bestpractice.biz who consulted with us and performed a rigorous evaluation process that included our quality management system implementation, document review and evidence of processes. We look forward to continuing our relationship with Best Practice and the development of our management system to best serve our customers.
