FLUOROMAX 43 is the ultimate in corrosion and chemical resistance, FLUOROMAX HT provides the most flexibility in terms of operating temperature and FLUOROMAX DS is designed for small fasteners or a more cost-effective solution in comparison to the FLUOROMAX 43.

All FLUOROMAX products consist of a thorough pre-treatment process and a two layer coating system, which provides a sacrificial zinc flake base coat and a low-friction fluoropolymer top coat making them an ideal solution in many industrial applications.

FLUOROMAX 43 is an extreme performance fluoropolymer coating system that provides solutions in the most difficult of applications and in the harshest of environments. With a thin dry-film thickness and outstanding low friction, corrosion and chemical resistant properties, FLUOROMAX 43 is an extremely versatile product which can be used to significantly increase the performance and longevity of threaded fasteners, drilling tools, wellhead systems and other low tolerance steel components used in the Petrochemical, Oil & Gas and Mining industries in particular.

Much like FLUOROMAX 43, FLUOROMAX HT is an extreme performance fluoropolymer coating system that provides solutions in the most difficult of applications and in the harshest of environments. Where FLUOROMAX HT diners to FLUOROMAX 43 is its ability to withstand both very low and high temperature applications. FLUOROMAX HT provides extreme corrosion resistance (over 5,000 hours NSS) has very good resistance to most chemicals and a low co-efficient of friction. FLUOROMAX HT is a great choice of extending the life and improving the performance of carbon steel fasteners and sub-sea components, or for use as a cost effective substitute for high grade, often expensive stainless steel.

FLUOROMAX DS has been specifically designed for use on small fasteners, components and hardware requiring protection from harsh corrosive environments such as coastal or offshore sites. Available in Black, Silver or White finishes, FLUOROMAX DS is also proving very popular in the balustrade and fencing industries where long term corrosion resistance is required, often being used as a substitute for problematic galvanised coatings and zinc plating which either need to be spray painted over, or if left raw provide an ordinary appearance and poor thread performance.
