ACCOUNTS

Do you offer Account terms?

We offer account terms to our existing customers of 30 days End of Month. All new customers are welcome to submit an account form via our website, our accounts team will then be in contact – https://doogood.com.au/contact/credit-application/

Do you have Eftpos facilities?

Yes we do, Eftpos payments are available when attending our facility. No surcharge, only for American Express.

Do you allow jobs to be completed for new customers without account terms?

Yes certainly, if a customer does not want account terms or would like a standalone job completed, we can provide a Cash On Delivery invoice. Payment will then be required prior to or upon collection.

My job is ready for collection and I am a COD customer, where do I email my remittance for proof of payment?

Please email your remittance to admin@doogood.com.au, upon receipt our team will contact you to advise of the collection availability.

What are your business open hours?

Our reception is open from:

8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Thursday
8.30am to 4.00pm Friday

Our delivery and despatch is open from:

7am to 4.00pm Monday to Thursday
7am to 3pm Friday

QUALITY

What is your quality process?

We pride ourselves on our Quality, as such we employee a full time Quality Manager who insures our Quality System is maintained and constantly improving. Visit our Quality to page to read more – https://doogood.com.au/about/quality/

Are you ISO 9001 certified?

Not as yet although we have had our current processes assessed and approved by many companies for performing their work. We have a plan in place to be independently approved to ISO 9001 in the near future.

Do you provide certification?

Yes we can provide certification in various forms

Certificate of Conformance, details the specification udertaken the parts its was undertaken on and any testing completed
Coating Inspection Report, details of the parts coated, coating completed, batch numbers, dates and times of coating, temperature and humidity at time of coating, resultant Dry Film Thickness (DFT), results of any additional testing ordered in the process, Wet Film Thickness, soluble Salts test, Holidays test adhesion tests etc.
NACE testing Report, as above but all testing completed by a NACE qualified tester

Is your equipment calibrated?

Yes our equipment is all independently calibrated annually (or as required) by a NACE certified calibration company.

RECRUITMENT

What types of roles are available for employment at your workplace?

Within DooGood Surface Coatings we have a wide range of positions within both management and our production team. As job roles become available we will advertise and recruit as required. Our most commonly recruited roles are within our production team and consist of the following:

Abrasive Blasters
Spray Painters
General Labourers (with or without Forklift License)

Do I need a trade certification to work with your company?

Dependant on the role, a trade certification is desirable however not a requirement.

Do you offer growth and development for your staff?

We have a training and development program that is conducted company wide, this consistently develops and trains our staff with new skills and provides the opportunity for growth.

Do you offer apprenticeships through your company?

Unfortunately we do not, however we do have a Traineeship that has recently become available – to discuss this further please contact charlotte@doogood.com.au
