Coatings for agricultural equipment
Farm equipment spends its life outdoors. Sun, rain, fertiliser, effluent and soil all work away at the metal, and gear that sits idle for months between seasons corrodes just as readily as gear in constant use.
We coat agricultural components and fabrications from our Dandenong South facility, from implements and frames through to fencing, gates and bollards.
Protecting steel that lives outside
Preparation does most of the work. Abrasive blasting strips rust, mill scale and failed coatings back to clean metal so the new system has something to hold onto.
From there, our protective coatings cover zinc, epoxy and polyurethane systems from PPG, Dulux, Jotun and Hempel. Where corrosion is the whole problem, our corrosion protection work covers specification, application, inspection and reporting.
Fasteners and wearing parts
Bolts and threaded components seize when they sit in the weather. Fastener class coating protects them, and Zinc Flake gives high corrosion resistance at low film thickness without hydrogen embrittlement.
